I'm the proud owner and founder of ITEOM Digital Technology Talent Partners - a woman owned and operated, boutique staffing firm in the digital technology space. After years of working with inspiring leaders, I was motivated to create something different, something unique…something special. I’ve always been entrepreneurial and fiercely independent and as a consistent top performer - I know that my clients deserve dedication, a listening ear, and quality over quantity. The same applies to my team and I can't be more proud of the team of brilliant individuals that make ITEOM what it is today.

In my free time, you'll find me on adventures with my husband and son, often hiking, biking, doing yoga and quite frequently cooking up a storm to celebrate this great life with wonderful friends and family!

I became a recruiter by happenstance, but it’s given me the life I’ve dreamed of. Helping people find great jobs, helping companies find great people, building great friendships with both, and living a life of adventure.

I have had the chance to live in many places and I love the Southwest - so many adventurous places around NM, AZ, UT, and CO. In my free time, I hike and travel with my partner and three crazy kids.

As a Senior Business Operations Administrator at ITEOM Digital Technology Talent Partners. I oversee and ensure smooth and daily operations of the organization. During my career, I have been involved in a wide range of administrative services from life coaching, health aides, personal and to my current position. I thrive in a start-up environment where the feeling of building something from scratch as a founding team member is both satisfying and exciting. These experiences have motivated me more to strengthen my skills and dedication in my present job.

In my spare time, I love to volunteer; I truly believe in the importance of giving back to my community and helping the less fortunate. I also love making scented candles, an amazing hobby that allows me to express my creativity in so many ways.

My outspoken personality, creativity, and happy-go-lucky attitude have allowed me to team up with one of the greatest online recruitment agencies - ITEOM Digital Technology Talent Partners!! Working as a Community Marketing Specialist provides me with the opportunity to add that ITEOM personal touch through Loom videos and design, as well as content to engage many alike. What’s best is, that this passion of mine allows me to share this experience with my amazing ITEOM teammates.

I am a process driven recruiter who collaborates with hiring managers to build effective recruitment pipelines. I have experience in finance, banking, insurance, healthcare, call center, mining, and construction. Most recently I've recruited in the software space- predominantly project staff for SOWs for government departments, Telcos and the Big 4 Banks - roles included Program/Project Managers, Scrum Masters, BAs, Data Analysts, and Developers (FE / BE / FS).

My belief is that if a position exists, then there must be someone we can find to fill that role. My job is to turn a Job Spec into human form.

In my spare time, I enjoy getting myself pampered at a spa, and a shopping spree from time to time. I believe a girl can never have enough shoes and lipstick!
